Most residences require a minimum of 3 nights. Select properties and peak season dates (e.g., holiday weeks) may carry a 5-7 night minimum. The listing page for each residence will display current minimums.

Our standard policy offers a full refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in. Cancellations within 14-29 days receive a 50% refund. No refund is issued for cancellations within 13 days of arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Select residences in our portfolio are pet-friendly. Filter by "Pet Friendly" on the search bar or mention it in your inquiry and our team will match you with a suitable home. A refundable pet deposit applies.

Every Vacaize residence is fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, premium linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen, dedicated parking, and resort-grade toiletries. Pool heating, game rooms, and additional amenities vary by property and are listed in each residence's detail page.

Each residence uses a secure smart-lock system. Your unique entry code will be delivered to you via email and SMS 24 hours before your check-in time. A member of our guest services team is available to assist if you encounter any issues on arrival.

Our Family Estates and Resort Community homes accommodate groups of up to 20 guests. Bookings intended for events, celebrations, or gatherings must be disclosed at the time of inquiry. Event-specific terms and security deposits apply.
